1-1/2 pkgs. chopped coleslaw
4 scallions(chopped)
4T. Slivered almonds
4T. Sesame Seeds
6oz. Rice Noodles(1 pkg)
4T. Sugar
1tsp. Salt
1tsp. Pepper
3/4c. Oil(not olive)
6T. Rice vinegar(plain)

Toast almonds & sesame seeds in toaster oven until light brown. Mix all ingredients together except rice noodles.
Add dressing & noodles prior to serving.
