1/3 C EVAPORATED MILK
1 C CHOPPED NUTS
1 GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
BLEND FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS. PRESS ½ OF MIXTURE INTO A 9X13 PAN, AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 6 MINUTES
1 (14OZ) BAG CARAMELS
1 C CHOC CHIPS
1/3 C EVAPORATED MILK

MELT CARAMELS AND 1/3 C MILK. SPREAD ON CAKE AND SPRINKLE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS. CRUMBLE REST OF CAKE BATTER ON TOP AND RETURN TO THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES.
