1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg (6 serving size) Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup water
4 egg whites
2 tbsp oil
1 (16 oz) pkg powdered sugar
1 (8 oz ) pkg Cream Cheese, softened
2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray cake pan with non stick spray. Beat cake mist, dry pudding mix, water, egg whites and oil in large bowl with electric mixer until moistened. Batter will be thick. Beat additional 2 min. on medium speed. Pour batter into greased cake pan and bake until center of cake springs back or a toothpick inserted comes out dry.

Meanwhile, beat sugar, ream cheese, butter and juice with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Frost cake after cake has cooled completely.
