1 to 2 lb. Small red new potatoes
1 green pepper sliced into rings
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 red onion sliced into rings
1/2 cup black olives sliced in half
1/4 cup parsley

11/4 cups plain yogurt
3 tbsp fresh dill
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
11/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steam unpeeled potatoes until tender and cut in half or quarters and place on serving plate. Surround by green peppers. Slice eggs and arrange over potatoes. Add onion rings and olives and sprinkle with parsley. Pour dressing over salad.
