1 1/2 lbs beef (cubed)
1 1/2 lbs. pork (dubed)
3 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 garlic cloves (sliced then)
1 can chopped green chilies (7 oz.)
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp. cumins
1 medium green pepper (sliced)
2 cans tomatoes (1 lb 12 oz)
1/2 c. parsley
1/4 tsp cloves
1 c. red wine
salt to taste

Brown meat in oil, saute green peppers and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and cover, and simmer for 2 hours. Remove cover and cook another 45 minutes.

12 tortillas
large can refried beans
sour cream.
