1/3 c. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 lb. Chicken (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tbsp. Oil
1 mixed frozen stir fry vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients with a 1/4 cup water in bowl mixing well. Marinate chicken in sauce, for 10 minutes or longer. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry until brown. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Add frozen vegetables to hot skillet, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and steam for 3 minutes or until frozen vegetables are tender-crisp. Return chicken to skillet, add in marinade. Heat through, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
