6 Hot Dogs (a nice change is Polish Sausage)
4 ~ 5 C cooked red skin potatoes, skin left on
2 Cans cut green beans, drained.
1 Onion, sliced thin
1/2 C salad oil, 1/3 C vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt, Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer hot dogs in boiling water for 5 min. (or microwave). Drain and Cool
Slice cooked potatoes and combine w/salt, pepper, oil and vinegar (may remove potato skins)
Arrange drained beans in bottom of greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Arrange potato mixture and onions over beans in alternating layers.
Top with hot dogs. Cover and bake
