1 Box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 Pkg. Lemon Jello (3 oz)
3/4 C Wesson Oil
1 T Lemon Extract
4 Eggs
Glaze Icing:
1 C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water, then set aside to cool (but do not let it set up). Combine cake mix, oil and extract together. Add one egg at a time and mix well. Add 1/2 of lemon jello, mix well, add remaining jello and mix for about 3 minutes on low speed. Pour into greased and floured 12 x 8 pan and bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and prick with fork. While still hot, pour glaze icing over it. Glaze icing: Mix together and pour over cake.
