2 lbs. ground chuck, browned, drained place in crockpot
1 sautéed onion (til clear) add to pot
1 can LeSeur carrots (I chop and drain)
4 celery stalks chopped thin
28. oz. diced petite tomatoes (do not drain)
28 oz. crushed tomatoes (do not drain)
16 oz. red kidney's (drain)
16 oz. light kidney's (drain)
3 - 10 ox (or 1 box) beef broth
1 small jar Spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
1 tsp. Tobacco sauce
3 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. pepper (or a little less - to taste)
5 tsp. parsley (optional)

8 oz. pasta -boil separately then add to soup when ready to serve.

Brown and drain meat,
saute onion (til clear)
add all (except pasta) to crock pot
simmer all day
