Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bag of cranberries
1 large box and 1 small box of Black Cherry Jell-O (or 3 small boxes)
1 1/8 cups of sugar
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
5 to 6 granny smith apples cut up and cored
1 1/2 cups walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the cranberries, throwing out the bad ones.
Put 3 cups of water in pan with cranberries. Put the pan on the stove and warm slowly, stirring the cranberries every couple of minutes. The cranberries will start to have tiny little bubbles come out of them. This is when you start paying close attention. When you hear the first cranberry go POP--remove the pan from the heat immediately.

Now stir the jello and sugar into the cranberry mixture. Then add the can of pineapple, apples and walnuts. Mix well. Refrigerate until jelled (usually overnight).
