16 oz. pkg cole slaw mix
1 or 2 bunches of green onions, finely chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
2 pkgs. oriental ramen noodles (save seasoning pack for salad dressing)

Dressing:
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup olive oil or sesame oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
noodle seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Bake almonds at 375 until golden brown. Crush noodles while in package. Add all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Dressing:
combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour over salad mix. Can be made the night before.

I love this salad and it is a big hit with crowds. I also like Newman's Own Ginger Thai Dressing.
