6 medium Idaho potatoes
4 boiled eggs
Sweet pickle relish
1 stem celery chopped fine
1 tbsp onion flakes
Salt & pepper to taste

2/3 cup Miracle Whip Light dressing (or your favorite mayonnaise)
Durkee's Famous Sauce
1/4 tsp celery seed
(Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside.)

Peel, cut in half & boil Idaho potatoes; boil eggs. When potatoes are done, chop them in cubes while hot. Combine ingredients while potatoes are still warm . Add chopped boiled eggs, sweet pickle relish to taste, and chopped celery. Stir mixture & add the dressing. Let stand until cool enough to refrigerate.
