1 lb ground chuck
1/2 pound bulk sausage
3/4 cup instant rice (uncooked)
3/4 cup water
1 (14 oz) can of diced tomatoes with juice
1 (14 oz) can of stewed tomatoes-chopped
6 large green peppers
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 (16 oz) jar of Spaghetti Sauce
1 (8 oz0 pkg of shredded cheese-Your choice

Preheat oven to 350º.

In a large pan boil enough water to cover the green peppers. Cut off the top of the green peppers and clean out the insides. When water is boiling place green peppers into the boiling bath only long enough to soften the green peppers.

In a large skillet add ground chuck and sausage. Brown. Drain. Add tomatoes, rice, water and salt and pepper.

Place parboiled green peppers in a baking dish. Fill with meat mixture and top with 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce each. Top with shredded cheese of your choice. Add top back onto the green peppers and bake for 30 minutes.
