1 pkg egg roll wrappers
1lb ground chuck
1/2 lb pork sausage
2 cups chopped cabbage
1/2 shredded carrots
1/2 diced onions
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 cups vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In two brown sausage and ground beef. Drained both completely and put in large skillet. Add cabbage, carrots, onions, and water chestnuts. Cook thoroughly, add soy sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes. Allow mixture to cool.

Place 2 tbsps mixture in the center of egg roll, fold wrapper. Cook egg rolls in heated oil and drain on brown paper bag.

Dip with Duck Sauce. Yummy!
