1 c (2 sticks) butter, melted
2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 c flour
2 c fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, vanilla, eggs, and flour into the melted butter; batter will be thick
2. Spread 2/3 of the dough into 12x15 jelly roll pan
3. Spread pie filling on top of the batter
4. Plop remaining dough onto the fruit
5. Bake 350º for 30-45 minutes, until well browned

These are totally decadent, but worth it. Weeze originally made them with apple and cherry, but we have since tried blueberry and peach... they work, but the originals are still the best. Try using fresh fruit instead of pie filling.
