2 cans White Chicken**
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced onion or cut up 1 small onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 15-ounce cans of chicken broth
1 to 2 cans Rotel--depending on how spicy you like it.

10-15 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a six-quart pan, heat the drained chicken along with spices and onion. On medium heat, add chicken broth and Rotel to the pan and let simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes. Add Ranch style beans, corn, minestrone soup and 1 soup can of water; stir. Continue to simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cheese, and once all the cheese cubes are melted, it's ready to eat. Serve with tortilla chips.

**You can also use lean ground hamburger meat and beef broth instead of chicken.
