2 cups flour,
2 cups sugar,
2 tsp. baking soda,
1 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. cinnamon,
1 1/2 cups cooking oil,
4 eggs,
3 cups grated carrots,

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well and pour into greased and floured tube pan , bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
If icing is desired mix powdered sugar, vanilla and milk to desired consistency
