3 c. 1% low-fat milk
1/8 tsp. grated whole nutmeg
1 (3 inch) cinamon stick
1/2 c. premium white chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream (Readi Whip is fine and easy to use)
Kahlua (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, nutmeg and cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Add white chocolate chips, sirring until chips melt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Discard cinnamon stick. Serve with optional Kahlua, whipped cream and sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired.
