Ingredients:  
1 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and beat well. Put into muffin tins or 2 greased 9x9 loaf pans.

For topping, mix together 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

Bake 350.
