1 T Olive Oil
1 slice bacon Chopped
1 onion chopped
1 rib celery chopped
2 carrots grated
4 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans of chicken stock
2 cups water
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 cup pasta (small penne)
1 can white beans
1 can kidney beans
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in dutch oven over medium heat. Add bacon, celery, carrots and garlic and cook for 4 minutes. Add oregano and rosemary and cook 1 minute. Add stock, water, salt, pepper and pasta. Bring to a full boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in beans and heat thoroughly. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
