1 pkg 8 squares of Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate on a double broiler or in the microwave. Stir until completely melted. Add peppermint extract. Dip crackers in melted chocolate, completely cover the crackers with chocolate. Shake off excess chocolate. Lay on baking sheet covered with wax paper. Refrigerate until firm.
