4 boneless chicken breasts, I use thin sliced.1/2 stick of butter
1/2 inch of flour in a pie plate mixed w/salt/pepper1 cup of milk3/4 cup marsala cooking wine1 cup or container of sliced mushrooms4 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan, melt the butter and olive oil. Dip chicken in milk and then flour and saute over medium-high flame until browned/cooked through; turning often. Add more butter or oil if needed. Remove chicken and set aside for a moment. Add mushrooms to pan and cook for a few minutes. Add the wine and scrape brown bits using a wooden spoon. Bring to a simmer and let sauce thicken slightly. If it won't thicken add a little flour and stir. Add chicken back to the pan and coat chicken. Serve with brown rice or noodles.
