1 lb lean ground beef
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 onion, chopped
tsp chili powder
tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 dash red pepper
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 small can B&B brand mushroom pieces, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz package spaghetti
8-10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and drain. Brown chopped onion in hot oil. Add meat to browned onion, add all the seasoning. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, soups and mushrooms and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and drain. Mix spaghetti and sauce in casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
