4-5 pork chops, thawed
1 onion
3-4 medium potatoes cut into quarters
5-6 carrots cut into small chunks
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
On cookie sheet lay out 2 sheets of aluminum foil, or enough to cover the bottom of the cookie sheet.

Spread out pork chops on aluminum foil, season with desired amount of salt, pepper, and/or garlic salt.

Pour carrots, potatoes, and onions over pork chops. Cover mixture with aluminum foil and seal top aluminum foil with bottom layer by rolling edges together.

Cook at 350 degrees F for about an hour.
