4 Boneless skinless Chicken Breast. Washed and pounded to 1/2 inch.
2 sleeves of Crackers, Ritz-Townhouse
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup of butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a food processor blend dry ingredients. Place ingredients in baggie and add 1 chicken breast at a time. Place in shallow baking dish. After all chicken breast have been added then divide the butter and place pats of it around the breast. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender

This recipe is so good...I use my favorite Spaghetti Sauce to top it off with and add some more Cheese and let it melt.
