8 eggs
4 baggies-Freezer
Precooked Sausage and/or bacon
Precooked onions, mushrooms, spinach or any other veggies to your liking.
Shredded Cheddar, or Mozzarella Cheese

Boil large pan of water on stove. Place 2 eggs in each baggie and mix. Add ingredients to make each individual omelet, seal securely and mix. Drop in boiling water and wait 15 minutes.

Remove baggie and empty omelet onto plate. Enjoy!

This recipe works great when you are making several individual omelets. This lets each person decide on what they want in their omelet and how much. Great served with hashbrowns and toast.
