4 boneless Pork Chops
2 cans of Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 cup of Green Peppers, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup of Onions, fresh or frozen
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Salt and Pepper to taste

Heat oven to 350. Wash pork chops and place in baking dish. Add peppers, onions, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until the pork chops are tender.

Last 15 minutes of baking remove the lid and continuing baking without the lid.
Enjoy!

This recipe is great over rice. You can add other ingredients to your liking. Also can use beef or chicken in the place of the pork chops.
