20 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 box Angel Food Cake mix (dry)

1. Mix cake and pineapple (with juice) until frothy
2. Spray bottom only of a 9x13 cake pan
3. Pour in the batter; bake at 325º for 25-35 minutes, until the cake is a light brown and not so wiggly.

Nothing could be easier! This is an old Weight Watchers' trick, I'm told... still a great dessert treat!
For a really great treat- top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream!
