1 pastry shell
2 oz. grated Swiss and cheddar cheeses
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cream
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spread ham over bottom of shell. Sprinkle ham with 1/2 of the cheeses. Lightly beat eggs with cream and seasonings. Pour custard mixture over cheese and ham. Sprinkle the top with rest of the cheese. Place the quiche on cookie sheet on center shelf. Bake 30 minutes until the top is puffed and brown. Let set 5-10 minutes.
