4 c. cubed day old bread
1/4 c. oleo, melted
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sliced bananas
1/4 c. light corn syrup
3 T. oleo
2 t. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. corn starch
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Place bread cubes in a greased 2 qt. casserole; pour butter. over the cubes and toss to coat. Mix lightly beaten eggs; add milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir in bananas. Pour over bread cubes stir to coat. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. For the sauce, melt oleo. Combine sugar and corn starch; add to oleo. Stir in milk and syrup. Cook over medium heat until mix comes to a full boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla serve warm sauce over warm pudding.
