1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
Peel of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
2 egg yolks
dash of salt
2 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, sugar, flour, and lemon peel into blender. Blend until peel is finely ground. Beat egg whites in bowl. Pour blended mixture over egg whites and fold in. Chill until ready to serve.
