16 oz Spaghetti or Angel Hair Pasta
Pasta Dressing:
1 tbsp + 2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
4 tsp Soy Sauce

1/4 c Vegetable Broth
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Chili Oil to taste
8 oz snow peas- cut into 1" pieces
2 cucumbers, seeded and cut into thin strips
3/4 c scallions (include some green tops)
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp parsley
2 med Sweet Red Peppers

Cook Spaghetti al dente, according to package directions - rinse and drain. Mix ingredients for pasta dressing. Toss Spaghetti with the pasta dressing - let sit while preparing the other ingredients. Toss Spaghetti with remaining ingredients - add chili oil to taste.

One day while Kathy Rains was visiting, she spotted this recipe in the local newspaper. Actually, she found it in the recycling bin -- great save! It sounded good to all of us, so we made it on a weekend afternoon and it became an instant favorite. Serve this warm or cold, and use more sesame seeds than you're supposed to.
