8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted

Cream together butter and cream cheese.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
Whip until light.

Use 2 recipes for a single layer 9" x 13" cake.
Use 3 recipes for a double layer 9" x 13" cake

Do not use low- fat cream cheese

Put on carrot cake, applesauce cake, or spice cake.
