6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tbls.vanilla pudding mix ,no instant
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1 cup peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and the peanut butter together. Spread 1/2 the mixture into a 9"x13" pan. Either butter the pan or line it with foil.
Refrigerate
Mix butter, milk,vanilla pudding together in pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Mix well. Spread on first layer.
Add peanuts to remaining chocolate mixture and spread onto maple flavored layer. Refrigerate.

This recipe came from my neighbor (Judy) when I lived on 5th ave. north in Great Falls. I have made it many times and eaten most of the bars myself. It taste like a homemade candybar.
