1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup; condensed
8 oz. sour cream
1 can (small) black olives; sliced
1 can (small) mushroom stems & pieces
12 oz. egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook egg noodles according to directions and set aside. Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off grease. Add soup, sour cream, olives, mushrooms, noodles and cook until heated through.

It was delicious & so fast to make. Started the noodles first & then fired the hamburger. By the time it was done it was time to add the rest of the ingredients. Doesn't take long to heat. I served it with a green salad. This is what I would do differently. Add 2 small cans mushrooms, a medium can olives & add minced onion to the hamburger. Also, when I cook the hamburger I season it with salt, pepper, etc.
