2 c sugar
1 c butter
2 eggs
1 c sour heavy whipping cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
3 c flour (depending on humidity you might need a little more)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Dough should be stiff. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies with a bottom of a glass that has been greased and has sugar on it.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350º
