1 pound ground beef
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 large jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1 - 8 oz. package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. butter, melted

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion, drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through. Meanwhile, combine the mozzarella cheese and sour cream. Spread meat mixture into an ungreased 2 quart dish. Spoon cheese mixture over meat. Unroll crescent roll dough, separate into triangles for a round casserole or press edges together and roll out slightly into a rectangle for rectangular casserole. Place dough over the cheese layer. Combine parmesan cheese and melted butter. Spread over dough. Bake in a 375º oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
