1/4 cup meat drippings
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. diced onions
1 can (14 ounces) SwansonŽ Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper for taste
Directions:
Directions:
In roasting pan or medium saucepan mix drippings, celery seeds, onions, and flour.

Gradually stir in broth. Season with salt and pepper.

Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
