Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 c flour 1/2 c margarine 1/2 c nuts 8 oz cream cheese 1 c powered sugar 1 c of 9 oz cool whip 2 3oz pkg instant chocolate pudding 3 c cold milk 9 oz cool whip

Directions:	Directions: 1st layer Mix flour, margarine and nuts togehter and put into 9 x 13 pan or glass dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Let Cool 2nd layer Mix softened cream cheese, powered sugar and the one cup of cool whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. 3rd layer Mix pudding and milk until slightly thickened. Put on top of 2nd layer. 4th layer Top with rest of cool whip.
