1 pound Jimmy Dean pork sausage (hot)
1 eight-ounce package cream cheese
1 egg, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Brown sausage until no longer pink. Drain on paper towel. Return meat to pan and add cream cheese. Cook over low heat until melted. Set aside.

Divide crescent rolls into 2 sections and roll out on ungreased cookie sheets. Divide the sausage mixture in half and add a layer to each rolled out dough section. Roll the long end of the dough to create a log shape. Pinch seams together and roll so the seam is on the bottom against the cookie sheet. Pinch ends closed. Repeat with the second dough. Brush the top of each sausage roll with egg wash. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes to set up. Slice and serve.
