potatoes, sliced
onions, sliced
fresh green beans (can substitute broccoli, asparagus, carrots, etc.)
boneless chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in an aluminum foil packet as follows: bacon, potatoes, onions, green beans, chicken, green beans, onions, potatoes, bacon. Salt and pepper as you layer.
Seal packet and place on low to medium heat for 1½ -2 hours. Turn frequently. Or bake in oven at 350º for 2 hours, turning occassionally.

**This is a great meal for camping, ingredient amounts are flexible based on how many servings you'd like to make.
