1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 package (10 ounces) large flaky refrigerated biscuits (uncooked)
40 very thin pepperoni slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Pull biscuits apart to make 20 circles of dough. Place 2 pepperoni slices on dough. Place one teaspoon of cheese filling on top of pepperoni.

Pull dough over filling to close the biscuit, forming a half circle. Seal the dough by pressing the edges firmly with your fingers. Place on greased baking sheet.

Bake at 300º for 20 minutes. They are best when served hot. Makes 20, serves 6-8.
