1-1/2 cups milk
1-1/2 cups flour
½ tsp salt

Directions:

Beat together: 4 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk

Add and beat until smooth: 1-1/2 cups flour
½ tsp salt

Note: Batter needs to be room temp, so mix a few hours before baking. If in a hurry, microwave milk for one minute and batter will be room temp.

Grease popover pan and fill cups ¾ full.

Bake 450 degrees for 25 minutes; turn over oven down to 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Three minutes before done, poke hole with a knife on the side of each popover to let steam out. Finish baking.
