4 eggs
2 cups light cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons minced sauteed onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425.

Combine the following ingredients:

Spinach Egg Bake
4 eggs
2 cups light cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons minced sauteed onions

Bake 15 minutes in 9X9 greased casserole dish. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer. Serve with fruit and coffee cake, or hashbrowns and breakfast sausage, or just toast and juice :)
