1-1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. sugar
½ c. butter, melted
3 oz. lime or lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
(I also add lime or lemon juice)

Directions:
Combine, setting aside 2 TBs for topping: 1-1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. sugar
½ c. butter, melted

Press remaining crumbs onto bottom of ungreased 13”x9”x2” dish; set aside.

Dissolve in small bowl, and then cool: 3 oz. lime or lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
(I also add lime or lemon juice)

Beat 11 oz. softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
Slowly add gelatin until combined. Fold in 16 oz. thawed whipped topping; spoon over crust. Sprinkle with 2 TBs left-over graham cracker mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
