1/4 c. soy sauce, low salt
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2+ slices ginger, minced-
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
pinch of ground pepper
1 1/2 # meat- chicken or beef, cubed or sliced thin.
2-4 Tablespoons sesame seeds

a sprinkle of flour as needed, to thicken the sauce at the end

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat for several hours, then saute with marinade until the meat is cooked through, but still tender. Add more sesame oil or water/juice and a whisk of flour to the pan as needed for the right consistency and meat -to- sauce ratio. Serve with stir fried vegetables and steamed rice.
