1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup water
Garlic, pepper, salt, oregano to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll meatballs (can be dinner size or appetizer size) and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite red sauce. Can be frozen for up to six months.
