2 c sugar
1 c Wesson oil
2 1/2 c shredded, peeled Zucchini
1/2 c crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all the above ingredients together. Bake in greased pans for 1 hour at 325º.
