1 cup sugar
2 cups pumpkin (one small can 15-16 ounces)
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2/3 cup whipping cream
1 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/3 teaspoon ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place pumpkin, sugar & spices in large mixing bowl, add the well beaten eggs, then add the milk & cream. Stir and pour into two unbaked pie shells. Place in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then 325-350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Pies are done when you can move them on the rack and there is no liquid to shake or move in the center of the pie. Chill & serve with whipped cream.
