1/2 c. Butter
2 eggs
3 large very ripe bananas
1 1/2 tbsp sour cream or buttermilk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Place butter, eggs, bananas, sour cream, and lemon juice in a mixer or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour wet ingredients over dry and add nuts, stir until just moist. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes or until tooth picks comes out clean.
